This article examines the economic, organizational, technological, agro-ecological, and digital-informational factors involved in enhancing the efficiency of land resource use in the country's agricultural sector. The study is driven by the limited availability of land resources, declining soil fertility, rising demands for efficient land use, land degradation, and the ongoing digitalization of agricultural production. A comprehensive approach to assessing land-use efficiency is proposed, integrating economic, agro-ecological, technological, and organizational indicators into a unified system. Additionally, the article outlines mechanisms for making land-related management decisions by integrating data from land monitoring, the state cadastre, geographic information systems, and remote sensing with farm-level economic indicators.
