This article examines the evolutionary transformation of land reclamation in agriculture, from an approach aimed at improving traditional land and water conditions to integrated land reclamation management, sustainable agriculture, the green economy, and digital management. The economic efficiency of land reclamation measures is based on the interdependence of land and water resource use, soil fertility, ecological status, and long-term sustainability. Additionally, the importance of "Field Passport," monitoring indicators, digital platforms, forecasting, and data-based decision making mechanisms in the digitalization of land reclamation processes is highlighted. Based on the analysis, the possibility of forming a "smart reclamation" approach as a result of the integration of land reclamation, green technologies, and digital management is substantiated.
