Improving the processes of changing the category of agricultural lands based on digital technologies

Abstract

The article examines the scientific and methodological aspects of improving the processes for changing the land fund category of agricultural lands and forest fund lands through digital technologies. The study analyzes the processes of generating information on land parcels through the Agroportal information system, submitting supporting documents electronically, forwarding applications to authorized organizations, preparing land management project documentation, and carrying out electronic coordination with relevant organizations. In addition, the possibilities of organizing the exchange of data and documents related to changes in land fund categories within a unified digital environment are assessed. Based on the research results, scientific and methodological proposals were developed to integrate geoinformation data, reduce repeated data entry, automate the stages of the process, and ensure digital monitoring of their implementation status.
