Abstract

This article substantiates the relevance of using web platforms for determining the normative value of agricultural land. The advantages and limitations of digital valuation systems used in the United States (FARMS, AcreValue/Granular) and the European Union (IACS/LPIS) are analyzed. The six-stage operating mechanism of the "AgroYerQiymat" platform, developed and implemented in Uzbekistan, as well as its interagency integration with nine governmental and non-governmental institutions, is examined. The study demonstrates that the digitalization of normative land valuation increases the transparency of calculations, reduces subjectivity associated with human factors, and enables the formation of a more equitable tax base for land taxation.
