This article examines the integration of information on water fund lands, water infrastructure, cadastral parcels, and land users within a unified digital environment. Using Chinaz District as a case study, it describes the structure, thematic layers, and spatial analysis functions of the HydroGIS platform. The database contains 28,882 records across 11 types of thematic layers. The article presents a procedure for comparing the boundaries of water fund land parcels with cadastral boundaries, irrigation networks, and water protection zones. The findings demonstrate the practical value of linking object geometry with attribute and legal data for land monitoring and the state land cadastre.
