The article proposes an improved methodology for developing a digital cadastral passport for forest fund lands by integrating their spatial, legal, quantitative, qualitative, and environmental indicators within a unified geoinformation environment. Using Kogon District as a case study, the stages of cadastral data inventory, coordinate verification, attribute database development, topological validation, and comparison with orthophotos and satellite imagery are systematized. The proposed approach helps reduce the duplication of state land cadastre, forest inventory, and monitoring data, improve their accuracy and relevance, and enable regular tracking of changes in land parcels.
