The article examines the biotechnological processing of organic waste generated during the production, storage, and processing of fruit and vegetable products as secondary resources. The effects of compost, digestate, and other organic bioproducts on soil fertility, organic matter content, and nutrient availability are analyzed. The results demonstrate that the efficient utilization of fruit and vegetable waste can reduce environmental impacts, return valuable resources to agricultural systems, and support the development of circular economy principles.
