The article proposes a remote sensing-based method for assessing spatial changes in forest fund lands located in arid regions. Using Kogon District as a case study, the research covers the processing of multi-temporal Sentinel-2 and Landsat imagery, calculation of the NDVI and SAVI indices, comparison of the results with cadastral boundaries, and verification through field observations. Criteria have been developed for classifying the detected changes by risk level and displaying them on a monitoring map.
