This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the investment attraction mechanism in construction industry enterprises. The study aims to reveal the economic essence and structural components of the investment attraction mechanism, identify the factors influencing it, and develop a theoretical and conceptual model for its improvement. Based on institutional-dynamic, comparative, and statistical analyses, the research finds that investment in the construction sector has been steadily increasing, while the development of institutional and legal frameworks as well as risk management mechanisms has lagged behind this growth. The findings provide scientific conclusions and practical recommendations for improving investment process management in construction enterprises.
