Abstract

This article examines the impact of corporate governance mechanisms on the strategic decision-making process in construction enterprises using institutional, organizational-economic, and information-analytical approaches. The study provides a scientific assessment of the influence of corporate governance on decision quality, the efficient use of investment resources, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
