The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing innovation processes in agribusiness enterprises within the context of the transition to a "green" economy. It argues that factors such as the intensity of natural resource use in agriculture, climate change, water scarcity, rising energy costs, and increasingly stringent environmental regulations necessitate a revision of traditional approaches to managing innovation processes.
