This article investigates the effects of a complex preparation on the biological and productivity parameters of the mulberry silkworm (Bombyx mori L.). The study was conducted under the conditions of the Kashkadarya region using a foreign silkworm hybrid. A complex preparation containing silver nitrate, potassium iodide, ascorbic acid, and selenium was applied at concentrations of 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5%. The survival and disease incidence of silkworm larvae, cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, silk content, cocoon grade, and drying coefficient were evaluated. The results demonstrated that certain concentrations of the complex preparation had a positive effect on the biological performance of silkworms and cocoon productivity. In particular, the survival rate of silkworm larvae treated with the 0.5% concentration reached 94.6%, which was higher than that of the control group. The findings provide a scientific basis for assessing the potential application of complex preparations in mulberry silkworm rearing.
