Based on scientific research conducted in the experimental fields of the Oqqo'rg'on Scientific Experimental Station of PSUYAITI, the inheritance patterns of traits such as the vegetation period, lint percentage, and fiber length were analyzed in F₁ hybrids obtained by crossing the Chinese cotton cultivars XinLuZao-78 and XinLuZao-52 with the local cultivars Ravnaq-1, Namangan-77, Oqqo'rg'on-2022, Buxoro-10, C-6524, Porloq-4, Sulton, and C-8290, in comparison with their parental forms. The study revealed that the vegetation period of the Chinese-introduced and local cultivars ranged from 115.0 to 122.0 days. In the F₁ hybrid combinations, this trait varied between 115.0 and 121.9 days. Regarding earliness, the F₁ hybrid combinations F₁ (Namangan-77 x XinLuZao-78), F₁ (Oqqo'rg'on-2022 x XinLuZao-78), F₁ (C-6524 x XinLuZao-78), F₁ (Sulton x XinLuZao-52), F₁ (C-8290 x XinLuZao-78), and F₁ (C-8290 x XinLuZao-52) exhibited an inheritance coefficient of up to hp = 0.84 indicating partial (intermediate) dominance relative to the parental forms. Furthermore, in nine F₁ hybrid combinations, the inheritance coefficient ranged from hp = –1.9 to hp = –7.0 indicating the presence of overdominance.
