Evaluation of flowering intensity of quince varieties and hybrids

Abstract

This article presents the results of research conducted on quince varieties and hybrids, detailing data on the following phenophases: the date of bud burst (the beginning of vegetation), as well as the onset and end of flowering. The evaluation of flowering intensity showed that the varieties Izobilnaya (4.0 points), Olmabehi (4.3 points), Aromatnaya (3.9 points), Samarkandskaya Krupnoplodnaya (4.1 points), Nonbehi (4.0 points), Mushk Behi (3.9 points), Chuchuk Krupnaya (4.0 points), Urozhaynaya (3.9 points), Shirin (3.9 points), and the hybrid Muattar (№1-20 (F1)) (4.2 points) performed higher than other varieties. The lowest indicators of flowering intensity were recorded in the varieties Yerevan (3.1-3.2 points), Asinovskaya (3.1-3.4 points), Anzheranskaya (3.0-3.4 points), and Konservnaya (3.2-3.5 points).
