Abstract

This article presents the results of studying the growth and developmental stages of local and foreign onion varieties and hybrids. The research analyzed the periods from sowing to full seedling emergence, the formation of the first true leaf, the development of 3-4 true leaves, and the initiation of bulb formation. The obtained results showed that among the varieties, Oqdur and Ravnaq demonstrated the earliest development, while among the hybrids, Siber F1 was identified as the fastest-developing genotype. In contrast, Possat and Red Star F1 exhibited relatively later bulb formation.
