Abstract

This article presents the theoretical and practical aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of quality management in food industry enterprises. The study examines the key components of the quality management system, standardization requirements, methods for determining quality indicators, and their impact on enterprise competitiveness. An in-depth analysis is conducted on the factors influencing food product quality, including raw material quality, the stability of technological processes, control and measurement systems, production hygiene, and safety requirements.
