Analysis of the current economic indicators of agriculture in Surkhandarya region

Abstract

The article analyzes the economic indicators of agriculture in Surkhandarya region for 2015-2025. The structure of land fund, agricultural output volume, share in GDP, implementation of water-saving technologies, and structural changes by farm categories are examined. The analysis results show stable growth in agricultural production in the region and positive progress in efficient land use. Although the sector's share in GDP has decreased, absolute production volumes continue to grow.
