Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of evaluating the innovation development strategy of small businesses. It highlights the role of digital technologies, financial resources, human capital, management efficiency, and market competitiveness in the development of innovative activities of small business entities. The study substantiates the need for a comprehensive assessment of the innovation development strategy, taking into account not only final financial results but also the innovation potential of enterprises, opportunities for introducing new products and services, the level of technological renewal, digital infrastructure, and external environmental factors. The importance of developing evaluation criteria and indicators for the innovation development strategy of small businesses is also substantiated.
