The article presents the results of evaluating certain morphological and biological indicators of raisins grown in various regions of the Namangan region. In the studies, the height of the area where the grapes were grown from sea level, the date and time of harvesting, the internal temperature of the grapes, fruit hardness, grain size and mass indicators were observed. The obtained data indicate that when assessing the morphological and biological characteristics of grapes, it is necessary to take into account the growing area and harvesting conditions.
