Ways of improving the welfare of the rural population and ensuring employment (case of Bukhara region)

Abstract

This article examines the key directions for improving the welfare of the rural population and ensuring employment using the Bukhara region as a case study. The study aims to assess the current state of employment and income generation among the rural population and to identify effective measures for improving their living standards. Statistical-economic, dynamic and comparative analysis methods, as well as a systematic approach, were employed in the research. The study examines the main factors affecting sustainable employment and income growth in rural areas and proposes measures to develop small businesses and family entrepreneurship, expand the service sector, align professional skills with labor market requirements, and create new sources of income for the rural population.
