Abstract

This article examines the role of state economic policy and regulatory mechanisms in the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes key support instruments for small businesses, including simplified registration procedures, preferential loans, subsidies, and institutional reforms. It also evaluates regional disparities and the impact of state regulation on entrepreneurial activity, proposing practical recommendations to enhance competitiveness and ensure the sustainable development of small businesses.
