This article examines the role of macroeconomic mechanisms in ensuring inclusive economic growth through a comprehensive analytical approach. The author analyzes the interrelationship between fiscal and monetary policy instruments, investment processes, employment promotion mechanisms, public expenditures directed toward human capital, and the institutional environment as key pillars of inclusive development. The study evaluates the linkage between the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators and inclusiveness indices based on empirical data. The findings indicate that the social effectiveness of economic growth largely depends on macroeconomic stability, a well-designed redistribution policy, and effective institutional reforms.
