Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of rational labour organization in the service economy, modern concepts and mechanisms for improving labour efficiency. The study analyzes the specific characteristics of the service sector, including the high role of human capital, direct interaction with customers, the dependence of service quality on employee performance, and the impact of digital technologies on labour processes. Particular attention is paid to scientific labour organization, human capital development, flexible employment, digital labour platforms and performance-oriented management as important factors in improving service-sector efficiency. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical recommendations are developed to improve organizational and economic mechanisms for rational labour organization in the service sector.
