The economic role and efficiency of onion cultivation in Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article covers the technology of onion cultivation in our country, its specific agrotechnical features, and the main group of factors influencing the cultivation process. The importance of soil and climatic conditions, variety characteristics, planting dates, irrigation, fertilization, and agrotechnical measures in onion cultivation was analyzed. Scientific and practical recommendations have also been developed aimed at increasing yields, improving product quality, and ensuring the efficiency of cultivation. Based on the research results, relevant scientific conclusions were drawn regarding the improvement of onion cultivation technology.
