Resource-integrated mechanism for modernizing intensive horticulture

Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of modernization in intensive horticulture in the Jizzakh region and development forecasts for 2026-2030. Based on the dynamics of the area of intensive orchards in the context of districts, the need for resources and issues of their effective use are substantiated. In the modernization of intensive horticulture, a resource-integrated mechanism is proposed aimed at coordinating financial, water, energy, material-technical, and technological resources based on a single value chain.
