The article provides a deep comparative analysis of international experience in enhancing energy efficiency in industrial sectors based on green economy principles, along with specific industrial projects implemented through international financial resources. The research work examines McKinsey's global analysis regarding the pace of achieving the 2030 decarbonization technology targets, as well as practical examples of China's industrial energy projects in developing countries.
