Improving the mechanisms for ensuring food security in Uzbekistan under conditions of innovative development

Abstract

This article examines the economic and institutional mechanisms for ensuring food security in Uzbekistan under conditions of innovative development. The dynamics of agricultural and food production during 2020-2025 are analyzed. The importance of digitalization, resource-saving technologies and modern logistics is substantiated. Key challenges affecting food security are identified. Practical directions for improving innovative mechanisms of food security are proposed.
