Abstract

This article examines foreign models for managing investment attraction in the construction industry and explores the possibilities of adapting them to the practice of Uzbekistan. The study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of investment attraction models applied in China, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan and to identify their elements that can be adapted to Uzbekistan's institutional environment. Based on a comparative institutional analysis, the distinctive advantages of each model are identified, and a conceptual model for their adaptation to national conditions is developed. The findings have practical significance for government authorities and construction industry enterprises in improving investment policy.
