Abstract

Due to the richness of minerals and vitamins, as well as their medicinal properties, berries are currently in high demand among the population. Fruits contain many vitamins, organic substances, and amino acids, which contributes to an increase in the human body's immunity in the fight against various diseases. In this article, the composition of certain varieties and hybrids of golden currant, which have been studied for several years, is studied through laboratory observations, and their results are scientifically substantiated.
