Abstract

This article analyzes the significance of the Participatory Budget mechanism and its practical outcomes using the example of the Tashkent region, along with the delays observed in the implementation of certain projects, shortcomings in technical and legal assessment processes, the effectiveness of public oversight mechanisms, and problems related to the rational use of budgetary funds.
