This article examines the role of the mahalla institution in ensuring sustainable social development and explores ways to improve the socio-economic mechanisms for managing cultural projects within the mahalla system. The study analyzes existing management practices and financing mechanisms for cultural projects and provides scientifically grounded recommendations for their further improvement.
