Models for improving the methodology of optimal regulation of the regional food supply chain

Abstract

This article presents optimization models for improving the methodology of optimal regulation of the regional food supply chain. The study identifies the interrelationships among all stages of the supply chain and represents them through mathematical models. It also develops methodological approaches aimed at improving the multi-level relationships among food producers, processors, sellers, and consumers. The findings contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the regional food supply system and optimizing logistics processes.
