Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for optimizing the agricultural food supply chain. The study analyzes the main components of the supply chain, optimization methods, opportunities for digital transformation, and issues related to their practical application in the context of Uzbekistan’s agroeconomy. It also highlights the stages of SCM development, the advantages of modern logistics models, and their role in ensuring food security. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital technologies and data analytics can reduce losses in the supply chain by 25–35%.
