The article examines mechanisms for improving the efficiency of investment project financing using the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC) as an example of a large industrial enterprise. The study analyzes project financing sources, cost of capital, risk allocation, cash flow planning, the use of loans from international financial institutions and commercial banks, optimization of the enterprise's own-funds share, and the introduction of digital monitoring systems. Based on publicly available indicators of AMMC investment projects for the first quarter of 2025, the financing structure was assessed. As a result, the study proposes project portfolio prioritization, the establishment of financial criteria based on WACC, stage-by-stage financing, foreign exchange risk hedging, and the implementation of a KPI-based monitoring system. These approaches are aimed at increasing the efficiency of capital utilization, reducing financial risks, and ensuring the timely implementation of investment projects.
