This article examines the organizational and economic significance of developing household plots in reducing poverty in Uzbekistan. Based on systematic, comparative, and economic-statistical analysis, the study assesses the role of dehkan farms and household plots in agricultural production, as well as the problems affecting their economic efficiency. The findings substantiate the need to develop household plot activities based on an integrated economic chain of "resource provision – production – cooperation – storage and processing – marketing – income" and to improve organizational and economic mechanisms that contribute to poverty reduction.
