Prospects for using artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the social protection system in Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article examines the prospects of digitizing the social protection system and utilizing artificial intelligence technologies in Uzbekistan. It highlights the capabilities of digital technologies in identifying the population in need of social assistance, integrating data, delivering services proactively, assessing individual needs, and providing information to support management decisions. In conclusion, scientifically grounded and practical proposals are developed for the phased implementation of artificial intelligence within the social protection system.
