Abstract

The article examines the formation of a National Logistics Management Center platform to improve the performance of transport and logistics companies and corridors while strengthening supply chain security. Functional elements from Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Germany, Singapore and the Republic of Korea are compared with Uzbekistan's operating environment. The proposed mechanism combines multimodal identification, real-time monitoring, and an integrated assessment algorithm based on OTIF and cargo integrity within one management cycle. Scenario calculations indicate a potential 30-50 percent reduction, relative to the baseline, in transit stoppages and delays that lack a valid regulatory or operational justification when platform coverage, detection accuracy, and corrective-response effectiveness reach the specified thresholds. This range is a calculated potential and requires validation with pilot data.
