Abstract

This article examines the importance of increasing the share of agricultural product exports in the gross domestic product (GDP) of Uzbekistan, as well as the role of agricultural exports in ensuring sustainable economic growth and strengthening the country's export potential. The study analyzes the dynamics of agricultural production, the contribution of agriculture to GDP, the volume and structure of fruit and vegetable exports, and the potential economic effects of increasing export volumes. Statistical, comparative, structural, and coefficient analysis methods were used in the research. The calculations show that increasing the share of processed and value-added agricultural products in exports can significantly increase foreign exchange earnings and the contribution of the agricultural sector to GDP.
