Abstract

This article examines the key directions for developing digital transformation in industrial enterprises using Farg'onaazot JSC as a case study. It highlights the role of digital technologies in managing production processes, equipment, and material resources. The analysis identifies real-time monitoring of production and equipment, digital inventory management, cost control, and the integration of production and financial data as priority areas. The study argues that developing these areas can improve resource-use efficiency and enhance the timeliness of managerial decision-making.
