Abstract

This article analyzes the main factors affecting the volume of fruit and vegetable production in Uzbekistan. The influence of capital and labor resources on output volume was examined using the Cobb-Douglas production function. The results indicate that capital has a positive effect on production volume, while labor resources decline against the background of technological progress. The importance of climate, soil conditions, financial support, and state policy is also analyzed. The article provides recommendations for the development of fruit and vegetable production and the improvement of investment policy.
