Abstract

This article develops the scientific and methodological foundations for summarizing various natural, land reclamation, economic, environmental, and infrastructure indicators in the process of comprehensive land management assessment based on a unified integrated index. To assess the condition of land plots, soil quality, moisture level, land reclamation status, irrigation provision, and infrastructure development were selected as the primary criteria. To compare indicators in different units of measurement, the Min-Max normalization method was used. The degree of influence of the evaluation criteria was determined based on correlation-regression analysis, and standard regression coefficients were converted into weighted coefficients. As a result of the study, an integrated assessment model representing the general condition of the land plot in the 0-1 range was proposed, along with an algorithm for its automatic calculation. The algorithm allows for the processing of data obtained from IoT, GPS, GIS, cloud server, and artificial intelligence sensors within a unified information system. The proposed model serves to develop land management projects, effectively utilize land resources, plan irrigation and land reclamation activities, and scientifically substantiate management decisions.
