Abstract

This article examines the scientific and methodological foundations of utilizing comprehensive land resource assessment results in optimizing land management projects. In the study, key factors such as soil quality, moisture content, land reclamation status, irrigation provision, and infrastructure were evaluated using regression and correlation analysis, and their weighting coefficients were determined. Parameters were normalized based on the Min-Max method and an integrated evaluation index was formed. Recommendations have been developed for increasing the efficiency of land plots, improving irrigation systems, and the rational use of land resources through an optimization model. The proposed approach allows for increasing the accuracy and economic efficiency of land management projects by integrating GIS, IoT, and artificial intelligence technologies.
