This article provides a scientific analysis of the economic content, necessity, and specific features of utilizing investments in the development of industrial sectors. The role of investments in modernizing industrial production, expanding production capacities, introducing innovative technologies, and increasing product competitiveness is highlighted. Practical proposals and recommendations have also been developed to increase the efficiency of investment utilization in industrial sectors, direct investment resources toward priority areas, develop public-private partnerships, widely implement innovative and digital technologies, and improve investment policy.
