Ways to reduce product cost and increase production efficiency in the manufacturing process

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of reducing product cost and enhancing production efficiency in the manufacturing process. Based on an analysis of scientific literature, the main factors influencing production cost resource saving, automation, digitalization, and the lean manufacturing methodology are reviewed. The article provides a comparative analysis of regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this field, as well as statistical findings from foreign researchers. As a result of the study, practical recommendations are formulated for enterprises aiming to reduce production costs and increase operational efficiency.
