Innovations, particularly digital and high-tech advancements, serve as a catalyst for increasing productivity, enhancing competitiveness, and ensuring long-term economic expansion. However, the study emphasizes that innovation-driven growth can also exacerbate disparities in the labor market by increasing the wage gap between highly skilled and low-skilled workers, altering employment structures, and creating new forms of inequality linked to access to technology.
